Paid plans can add any number of users and branches for an annual fee. Each extra branch includes a warehouse; users are added separately.

A document is a posted invoice, voucher, journal entry or stock movement, counted once. Opening pages, searching and reading reports do not use the allowance.

Printing limits apply to reports. Original invoice copies remain available without a cap. Statement exports count towards the report export allowance. Daily and monthly limits reset on Saudi time.
