Questions about point of sale

How do I choose Default or Quick Sale?

Open the operation and identity section in POS settings, then select the layout for the settings profile. Default emphasizes cart details; Quick Sale places a number pad alongside the cart.

Does changing the layout change my products or invoices?

Both layouts use the same products, pricing rules, orders and payments. Your choice changes how the POS workspace and its controls are arranged.

Can I sell products with sizes and colours?

Yes. A product appears once in the catalogue. Choose its size, colour and other linked options before adding it to the cart.

Can one sale use more than one payment method?

Yes. With split payments enabled, add the collection methods and enter an amount for each. The screen shows total paid, the remaining balance or customer change before confirmation.

Is POS connected to inventory and accounting?

POS is part of WaliERP. Sales and returns connect to products, stock movements and financial documents, while customer and collection details stay in your business records.

How can I follow cashier shifts?

Start a shift with opening cash, then follow its sales, collections and cash movements. At closing, return to the shift details and reports.
