Your data remains yours
Your company data and content remain yours or belong to the organisation you represent.
A clear agreement that protects continuity and sets each party’s responsibilities from account creation through subscription expiry.
Your company data and content remain yours or belong to the organisation you represent.
You can manage several company workspaces, each with its own subscription, permissions and separated data.
Service scope, trials, subscriptions, suspension and account closure are explained in practical terms.
Secure your account, provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. You retain your data and remain responsible for your entries and professional decisions; we operate and protect the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
These terms form a binding agreement between you, personally or as an authorised representative of an organisation, and the operator of WaliERP for the customer portal, website, company workspaces and related services.
Creating an account, selecting the acceptance checkbox or continuing to use the service means that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms displayed before you place an order. Do not create an account or use the service if you do not agree.
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you create an account for an organisation, you represent that you can bind it and that the information you provide is accurate and current. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority or business details where needed to protect the account or comply with law.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for authorised-user activity and for maintaining current email and contact details. Notify us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.
A company identifier must be unique and suitable for lawful use. We may reject or change an identifier that infringes a mark, misleads others or creates a security risk. You may not sell, rent or share an account outside your organisation without written approval.
During a trial or paid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation’s internal business operations, subject to the selected plan and permissions.
WaliERP provides operational, accounting, invoicing, inventory and workforce tools according to the selected plan and enabled features. It is a supporting tool and is not legal, tax or accounting advice or an independent audit.
You remain responsible for entries, classifications and reports, professional review where needed, and compliance with applicable Zakat, tax, customs, e-invoicing and sector rules. A field or report does not by itself make a transaction compliant in every circumstance.
The default trial lasts 30 days and starts when the company workspace is ready, unless a different written offer is shown. Each workspace has its own trial, subscription and access status, and features and limits depend on its plan.
Prices, taxes and billing intervals are displayed before an order. A price expressly described as VAT inclusive is treated accordingly. A renewal request is not payment and does not extend access until the approved payment method confirms success and the payment is applied. Renewal is not automatic unless clearly disclosed and expressly accepted.
When online payment is enabled, a licensed payment provider processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy. We may retain transaction reference, status and amount, but not full card details. You are responsible for accurate billing information and displayed charges and taxes.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the plan offer, order, additional written agreement and mandatory consumer rights shown before payment. Sending an unpaid subscription or renewal request alone does not create a refund policy or payment obligation.
You or the relevant owner retain rights in Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to process, host, back up and display it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service and follow lawful instructions.
The platform, software, design, marks, documentation and original materials belong to the WaliERP operator or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership. We may use optional feedback to improve the service without exposing confidential data or owing compensation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The platform may offer Google or Apple sign-in, payment, messaging or business integrations. Third-party use is subject to that party’s terms. We exchange only what is needed for the integration you choose. We are not responsible for an external service interruption or change beyond our control and will explain a known material effect where reasonably possible.
We work to provide a stable and secure service and may perform maintenance or changes needed for security, performance or compliance. Internet connectivity, operational events or third-party services can affect availability. Where practical, planned maintenance or a material change will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details.
Plan descriptions or a separate service agreement define support scope and response times. General target times not included in a specific agreement are operational objectives rather than absolute guarantees.
You may stop using the service or request account closure through available contact channels, subject to outstanding obligations. We may suspend access when a subscription expires, payment is overdue, a security risk exists, use breaches these terms, or law requires it, with reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
Access may become restricted after termination, so export what you need beforehand. Data is retained or deleted under the Privacy Policy, legal requirements and the backup lifecycle. We cannot guarantee recovery after final deletion.
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. This does not cover information lawfully public, independently known or required to be disclosed. We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service; security remains shared and requires you to manage users, passwords and authorised devices.
The service is supplied as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature fits every business model or that the service is free of interruptions or third-party errors. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profit that was not reasonably foreseeable. The WaliERP operator’s aggregate service liability in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid for the affected workspace during that period, except for fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that law does not allow to be limited.
We may update these terms for legal, service or security changes. We publish the version and effective date and request renewed acceptance where a change is material or law requires it. Account notices may be sent through the portal, registered email or another appropriate channel.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith through contact, after which the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another procedure. An unenforceable provision does not affect the remainder. These terms, the plan description and any specific written agreement form the service agreement. The Arabic version prevails if a translation differs.
For contractual questions, cancellation requests or unauthorised-use reports, use the Contact Us page and clearly identify the relevant account or company workspace. We verify identity before taking action that affects an account or its data.
