1. Define your business and priorities

Start with the bigger picture so the demonstration reflects your priorities.

Trade, services or both? Note how a typical process starts and ends today.

Identify who issues invoices, who reviews accounts and what each person needs to access.

For example, tracking collections, checking stock levels or reducing duplicate purchase entry.

List the tools you use and integrations you want to discuss. Their scope will need to be agreed with the team.

2. Review the data you want to discuss

Prepare examples that explain your workflow, using sample data that does not reveal customer information.

Check the fields you use and any duplicate records. Do not upload actual records to this page.

Note its code, name, unit, price and business-specific details to discuss how they should be organized.

Agree with your accounts lead on the data and period to review before any actual transition.

For example, a quotation or purchase invoice. Use fictional details to explain the required fields and steps.

3. Plan what you want to see

Choose a clear scenario, then review scope and next steps based on what you see.

For example, from a customer request to invoicing and collection, or from purchasing an item to checking its stock.

What question do you need answered at the end of the day? Make that a clear point for discussion.

Compare your needs with the published scope and note any details to confirm before subscribing.

Ask about data preparation, roles, training and what needs to be agreed before work begins.
