How are the results calculated?

Benefit base = half a month’s wage per year for the first five years + one month per later year, including proportionate partial years.

Resignation: zero below two years; one third from two through exactly five years; two thirds above five and below ten; full benefit at ten years or more.

Estimated benefit = benefit base × the selected case’s entitlement share, rounded to a halala.

Assumptions and limits

  • The estimate uses completed service years plus the fraction of the current service year based on actual days between anniversaries. February 29 becomes February 28 in a non-leap year. The end date is not added and interruptions are not automatically deducted; verify recognized service before settlement.
  • This estimate concerns employees covered by Saudi Labor Law. It excludes notice pay, unused leave and other claims. Verify the applicable wage, commissions, allowances and any permitted Article 86 agreement.
  • Entitlement depends on the actual termination basis and its conditions. Exceptions include Article 81 rights and Article 87 cases, such as force majeure and specified marriage or childbirth cases. Conditions and deadlines need verification; the result is not an approved legal settlement.
